Instructions for the Use of Quartz sand pump
1. The electric pump (electric water pump) starts directly at the rated voltage.
2. Before use, check that the electric pump casing is grounded.
3. The electric pump should be stored in a warehouse with dry air and no harmful gases entering.
4. Before use, check that the insulation resistance between the windings of the electric pump and ground as well as between the windings should not be less than 10 megohms. If it is lower, dry it.
5. The electric pump should be kept clean. The bearings should be cleaned once a year and the bearing grease should be replaced.
6. The electric pump should mainly be used for conveying soapy water, soda water, emulsions, light minerals and other liquids without severe corrosiveness.
When the electric pump is in use and it is found that the flow rate is too low or the rotation direction is abnormal, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting
8. Before use, check whether the rotating shaft rotates smoothly and whether there is any blockage or scraping of the impeller.
9. The rotation direction of the electric pump should be consistent with the arrow on the upper cover. If it is opposite, the connection positions of any two power lines can be swapped.
10. The installation and use should not impede the ventilation and heat dissipation of the motor.
